This crock keeps your butter fresh and soft on the counter or dinner table. Fill the cup with the butter, this will hold an entire stick or more. Put fresh water, about an inch, in the crock.
To serve flip over on top of the crock.
To store the cup part goes inside the crock. The water creates a seal around the butter, keeping it fresh
