Big Beer Stein, April 14, 6pm Mountain Layers
Level: Intermediate
16 years and up
Class Fee: $65
No experience necessary, but helpful, patience is required ! I provide everything needed to complete the project.
These steins hold 24 oz . you all have a choice of the thinner and taller one versus a shorter and wider one . You’ll receive a pre rolled slab of stoneware clay, patterns, instructions and tools. The piece will take approximately two hours.
We’ll talk about glaze choices and you get to select your combination.
Finished pieces will come back to my studio for drying and the finishing process – bisque firing, glazing and glaze firing. They will then be returned to Mountain Layers for pick up – or can be shipped for an additional $15.00
Pottery can be temperamental and there is no guarantee that your piece will turn out as the item pictured. That is one of the things that make pottery soo exciting!!
